چکیده
Analytic solution is presented of the nonlinear semiclassical dynamics superradiant photonic condensate that arises in Dicke model two-level atoms dipolar coupled to electromagnetic field microwave cavity. In adiabatic limit with respect photon degree freedom system approximately integrable and its evolution expressed via Jacobi elliptic functions real time. Periodic trajectories coordinate either localise around two degenerate minima ground state energy or traverse between them over saddle point. An exact mapping on motion unstable Lagrange 'sleeping top' found. expression for frequency dependence transmission coefficient along a line inductively resonant cavity condensate. Sharp drops reflect Fourier spectrum nodding.

Superradiant to subradiant phase transition in the open system Dicke model: Dark state cascades
Collectivity in ensembles of atoms gives rise to effects like superand subradiance. While superradiance is well studied and experimentally accessible, subradiance remains elusive since it is difficult to track experimentally as well as theoretically. Here we present a new type of phase transition in the resonantly driven, open Dicke model that leads to a deterministic generation of subradiant s...
متن کاملSemiclassical quantization rule for the bound-state spectrum in quantum dots: Scattering phase approximation
We study the quantum propagator in the semiclassical limit with sharp confining potentials. Including the energy-dependent scattering phase due to sharp confining potential, the modified Van Vleck formula is derived. We also discuss the close relations among quantum statistics, discrete gauge symmetry, and hard-wall constraints. Most of all, we formulate a quantization rule that applies to both...
متن کاملDicke coupling by feasible local measurements at the superradiant quantum phase transition.
We address characterization of many-body superradiant systems and establish a fundamental connection between quantum criticality and the possibility of locally estimating the coupling constant, i.e., extracting its value by probing only a portion of the whole system. In particular, we consider Dicke-like superradiant systems made of an ensemble of two-level atoms interacting with a single-mode ...

Excited state quantum phase transitions and chaos in the Dicke model
In this contribution, the critical behavior of excited state quantum phase transitions (ESQPT’s) and its relation to order and chaos in the Dicke model are studied. This model is nonintegrable. For comparison, the same problem is studied for the Jaynes-Cummings model which is, somehow, the integrable version of the Dicke model. The existence of an ESQPT is confirmed in both cases. However, in t...
